Production process
From initial design concept to the final product shipped. We’ll discuss the design based on the tech pack or the function our customer wants, and then make the patten and samples. Meanwhile we’ll determine the fabric and colors, to get the approvals from our customer on the quality swatches and lab dips. Also, other trims or embroideries/printings as well if needed. And all the others like packing methods, shipping requirement etc. Once all approved, we’ll start bulk production, and proceed QA during the whole production stage, make sure all the products meet our requirements, and then ship the goods. After all, we’ll ask for the feedback from our customers, to improve our service.

Fabric research is very important in Joey Clothing’s R&D procedure. We keep close connection with our fabric suppliers to provide the best suitable materials to our customers to meet their unique design. New fabric constructions, blends, heather methods, GRS standard fabric etc. are all in our options. Trims/embroideries/printings are all in a wide selection as well. With all these supported, Joey Clothing has been working with our customer for their unique products.
